What this model is
Tomica No. 29 Thomasland Express (2022) is a die-cast model in the Tomica Regular (No. 1 – No. 120) line, released in Japan on January 2022 and falls into our military vehicle category. It took over the number from Thomasland Express. It is the 5th different vehicle to carry the number 29.
It is a 1/171 model of the real-life vehicle. It has no special features.
Thomasland is the Thomas & Friends themed area at Fuji-Q Highland in Japan.
The Regular line the main Tomica line. Around 120 numbers are active at any time, and Takara Tomy swaps the vehicle behind a number every few years. Most models have working suspension and opening parts.
