What this model is
Tomica No. 14 Suzuki Jimny is a die-cast model in the Tomica Regular (No. 1 – No. 120) line, released in Japan on April 2019. It models a Suzuki vehicle and falls into our suv & off-road category. It took over the number from Suzuki Escudo. It is the 8th different vehicle to carry the number 14.
It is a die-cast model of the real vehicle. It has working suspension.
The Suzuki Jimny is a lightweight four-wheel-drive kei car that has been in production since 1970 and has a devoted following overseas.
The Regular line the main Tomica line. Around 120 numbers are active at any time, and Takara Tomy swaps the vehicle behind a number every few years. Most models have working suspension and opening parts.
