What this model is
Tomica No. 72 Jeep Wrangler is a die-cast model in the Tomica Regular (No. 1 – No. 120) line, released in Japan on January 2026. It models a Jeep vehicle and falls into our suv & off-road category. It took over the number from Toyota Crown. It is the 7th different vehicle to carry the number 72.
It is a 1/65 model of the real-life vehicle. Its top can be removed.
The Jeep Wrangler traces its design directly back to the World War II Willys MB and remains one of the few removable-top 4x4s on sale.
The Regular line the main Tomica line. Around 120 numbers are active at any time, and Takara Tomy swaps the vehicle behind a number every few years. Most models have working suspension and opening parts.
